NIF number

NIF (Número de Identificação Fiscal), which is also referred to as the contribution number (“Número de contribuinte”) is an Individual Tax Identification Number used in Portugal. The number, which consists of nine digits, is unique for each person.

Obligatory:

all 4 corners of the passport are visible
no fingers, no shadows or blur
the document must contain the signature of the holder
for German citizens, the passport should be emitted later than march 2017
ID card 2 sides photo front side and backside
Proof of address outside Portugal. It can be a utility bill or bank statement.
Obligatory:
official document or letter
in English or Portuguese language
must contain both – your name and your full address
good quality of scan/photo, it should be readable.
